The CIA and Russian equivalent had surprising success with ESP though not sufficient to use in the line of fire.
So if a telepathic message is sent, when is it received? There are many tales of how relatives appear or communicate at times of great trauma regardless of geography. Does this follow the same principle?
Also, I read recently that some clever people have just discovered that the speed of light has changed since the Big Bang and that this is solving some of the problems with current theory.
Anyone got any thing on it?
