New group near Leeds

I'm looking at buying a share in a 2 seat permit aircraft, however as there is nothing local it has been suggested that I may want to consider setting up a group myself.
I've been told where I may be able to get some hangar space, however I just wanted to test the waters to see what the response may be if I was to look at this further. I certainly can't afford to buy and run something on my own so would need to be quite sure that I could sell shares to avoid having to sell the aircraft on very quickly.
I would be looking at a 2 seat Jodel or similar (possibly 2+2), so basing things on other groups of similar aircraft I have seen we are probably looking at a share cost of approx £3000 for a 1/6 share with monthlies of approx £45/50 and hourly wet rate of approx £35.
