I have an idea why don't you set up a free board using your own money, free time and effort. You can then allow people to clog it up with entirely inappropriate and often quite pointless threads.
Then the guys that run PPRuNe won't have to put up with the abuse and criticism that they currently have to put up with from those telling them how to spend their time and their money.
I disagree with your criticism and I suggest your tone leaves something to be desired.
