"It's all about choice, and I choose to leave Jetstar"
Many of you will know, or have read, some of my responses over the years on here, both as a wannabe hostie many years ago, and more recently as someone who's been flying now for about 7 years...
But...as with many things in this industry - and the Qantas Group - the final straw came for me with reduced crew in Jetstar domestic. 8-10 hour shifts, no breaks, no chance to eat or drink, shorter and harder turnarounds...so, enough is enough...
and I'm goooooooooooooone.
I'm very sad to be leaving the industry, but it's time for me to look after me.
