This is exactly the piont I am trying to get across. Everyone on a different deal, negotiated, so therefore no transparency. This sounds like something you would find with a third rate outfit in a banana republic. People want to know where they stand in a normal outfit, not clock and dagger all under the table.
How would you feel if you found out your F/O or F/A was on more than you, assuming you are a Captain? Bet you wouldn't like it but this seems to be what you are advocating.
