Just read in the regional news that Uganda has a problem as fuel, as it cannot be tranported from the port of Mombassa due to the unrest. I guess it would be the same reason to experience problems with fuel at Nairobi. There is fuel in the port of Mombassa, but it cannot be transported to the various airports.
