I am not sure if you can accept this, I am not a pilot so I don't know if this counts. I am glad Capt is gone, he was too aggressive with staff and shouted alot. I think you can do the job without shouting so much. I am sure RAK staff is not him, because his English was not that good, and his spelling was very terrible.
