Know what the Co-op is, it is a business owned and run by its members!
Not really what most other landlords are.
So pay your quid and get the same voting and speaking rights as anyone else.
If there are more eco-resident members than GA members, well don't be surprised who might win a vote.
But if more GA members can be bothered to turn out......
That's the flaw in democracy!
