I think you'll have a hard time finding that.
Seems to me that the carriers that hire direct entry into the TurboProps have jets coming and the senior pilots wants those spots for themselves. Don't know where in the world you are located, but, the US has a very pronounced seniority system and the unions usually won't let the newhires bypass current pilots for the good positions ie. captain on the jets.
