Pay $15000 for what? Then I can still become a pilot althrough I dont reach their requirements?
And I want to ask where can I have the aircraft type rating ..eg.a320.
$15K is a bond. If I remember you can pay up front or deduct from the salary; refundable by the end of the contract.
Where you get typed depends on what licenses you hold. If you have FAA you can get typed in the US. It cost around $13000 in the US.
Guys without airline experience may need additional training; be flexible on your training budget.
I'd recommend MSP over MIA for training in the US. Less distraction and better training (in my opinion).
KA and CX is short pilots, try them if you have some trubine time.
