I understand the reason that Shell are revolting is that the manouevring area for their vehicles is not adequate. The three or four organisations based at the south east have been given a stay of execution for another three months and that includes the museum though whether this can be resurrected remains to be seen.
The industry as a whole seems to be fairly volatile at the moment,however the new terminal is something Bournemouth has been crying out for years. No one knows what state the eoonomy will be in come the end of 2008 if you believe the press we are all doomed, but the likes of RYR, EZY and our own local lc Jet2 are here for the long haul ( excuse the pun).
