My last company would NEVER rehire any pilot who had left the company. There is nothing worse than a disgruntled employee. Why on earth would you want them back?
Jay Dubblya - not ALL employees leave because they are disgruntled. I have left companies I would happily return to as I left for career progression or even change of location. Others may leave for many reasons even though happy.
