Fruitbat, you are not alone. I was on a Eastern Seaboard layover and the CC were complaining about their T&C, I mentioned the VS situation and quite frankly they couldn't give a stuff about anyone but themselves - but its the sheer arrogance that BA CC feel hard done by that took my breath away.
I know a few VS Crew and sadly it seems that any action will crumble away as the dates draw close.
