Moldavian and Carpatair (actually the same company) will hire western pilots (over 50% of their pilots are foreign, mostly spanish and french). The only thing is regarding your rating, you will have to pay for the saab 2000 / fokker 100 rating or you will have to sign a bond with them (5 years) for the rating. Overall is a good place to work if you live in one of the bases (if you don't live in Chisinau you will be home just a few days/month), prepare for 900 hrs/year and a lot of stby duty.
