You would have to be a fool as an ex employee or new starter not sign such an agreement. Minimum payment $100,000 for 6 months and they may not need you!!. When has anyone ever been made this offer, if it is actually true.
Make a ton for maybe doing nothing, and timely enough the old back has been playing up IF they want a start date.
