As long as the current MD,his ground handling ops mgr,and current technical team are left alone,they WILL turn things around.
The main man will not leave them alone. As far as I understand, it is not in his interest to let any of the managers bring new life into the airline. He has a plan for this airline . For that he will only tolerate YES people. In the end of the day good managers will look elsewhere for challenges.

I read that they are receiving one new flying machine after the other. Do they have cockpit crews to utilize these aircrafts? Do these aircrafts produce to the minimum of what is acceptable for a sound airline operation? The answer to both questions is probably no. The expat management in Arik knows what it takes to bring in enough pilots to fill the cockpits. But why are they not successful? You can guess ones
