Similar mess in the Polish HEMS tender. The tender was for 23 machines + 1 simulator for the national HEMS operator. The contenders in the final round were EC with EC-135P2i and AW with AW-109S. EC-135 was declared the winner, but... there is a lot of buts... Everyone is waiting now for the court's decison, confirming the win of EC or requesting a new bid.
