Nice to see you have seen the light at last Sternone.
The C152s I fly at the moment are treated very nicely and tucked up every night nice and warm in the hangar, summer and winter.
Needless to say I haven't had a problem starting one even with the temperature at -3.5C.
(I know that's not as low as some people have to put up with) The one I learned to fly in spent most of its life outdoors come hail, rain, sunshine or snow and I can only recall two occasions when it refused to start and it was necessary to get the engineer out to it.
