Hiya, I have what you may be looking for,... but just to let you know in advance..
The "CCAR's".. are basically a copy word by WORD of the American "FAR's".. which is basically utterly ridiculous because CHINA has nothing even remotely close to the freedom of flight that is offered in America concerning General Aviation etc.
Here is a nice example:
CCAR Part 61.9
REQUIREMENT FOR CERTIFICATES, RATINGS, AND AUTHORIZATIONS
(a) Pilot certificate. A person may not act as pilot in command or in any other capacity as a required pilot flight crewmember of a civil aircraft of C.N. registry, unless that person-
(i) Valid driver’s license issued by a state, the district of Columbia, or territory or possession of the United States.
Are you fking kidding me?.. How could a LEGAL document that is directed to Chinese Air LAW, concerning FLIGHT requirements in CHINA,.. reference to the need for carriage of a VALID DRIVERS LICENSE issued by the USA?!
(( More things like this etc))
If you want.. I can just post them for all to read.. (and laugh at as well)
