BEB you just reminded me the early C152 engines carbs did not have accelerator pumps and were a pig to start in cold weather.
Mine doesn't has an accelerator pump, i always have to say that to the FI's who are pushing the trottle in and out rather quickly while starting, some didn't believe me and i had to show them the POH hehe
