I know many pilots who wants to "step down" from a 737 or A320 to NetJets. Most of them are sick of short turnarounds, and flying the same destinations.
Personally, I left an A330 to come to NetJets and I never regretted this. This is more fun and I have a better quality of living.
The aircraft size doesn't matter at all!!
Comparing NetJets with Easy is comparing apples with pears. Yes they earn more but they fly every day the same desinations with the same low-cost passengers...
