I applied this year again (my second time) and of my four answers three were the same as last time, and the fourth was only slightly changed as the question had changed to what I believe was a different angle of the same question. The last time I got to interview stage and this time have been lucky enough to pass all and be successful and have been given a course date on the Airbus.
From my experience above I think if you're re-applying and you look at your answers and you cannot make them any better then you should go with them. Obviously we all put a lot of work into these answers and as long as they are still relevant to both you and the question then I can't see why you couldn't use them.
