Well , I am presently airline (yes ,a proper one in the EU ) and can't wait to get away from this outfit.
The overall package NJE offers is way better than my present employer will ever be able (or willing ) to offer.
I really don't care how big that restaurant is they bolted to the cockpit , as long as the package is o.k.
You can keep the NG's and 3-series Bus if flying these means that I will only live to work my @rse off.Pension or not.
