I think you will find its the exact opposite as they have now found out that the revenue and passengers they thought they would get is not what justifies a 20 million aircraft operating these routes. When will the flybe management get it...if you do not have representation on the island then you will never compete with EuroManx....Emerald didnt...Aer Arran.... need I go on.
With EuroManx having the National Flag on its aircraft and a history of having fought off the competition the Manx public are happy to book with them. You cant run an island operation from Exeter !!!!
