I can't help but laugh at how many guys (FOs as well as Captains) I see completely terrified for their jobs. You can pick them out, as they are coming in to land, their fist tightly clenched on the yoke and sweat dripping from their brow.
You guys need to relax. It is only a job. IF you stuff it up, maybe they'll fire you. Big deal, you'll find a nother job and life will go on. Stop living in fear guys. That is no way to live. Grow some huevos.
