no it is not legal.but with all of such cases.illegality is only applicable if one is willing to stand against it in a court of law.ryanair counts on the fact that they can out gun any small fry such as individual pilots with their bank balance and high flying lawyers.to date only ialpa have taken them on and won!
have no doubts that this entire process was illegal and most likely falsified following the process.watch this space!
