balam and clapham are closer to Gatwick than Heathrow
so you are looking at a good hr travel there and then back again. I wud suggest going on the transport for london website and you can do a journey planner and it will tell you your journey time and connections etc. I am gonna be looking for a place in Hounslow or there abouts as it is really close.
