So far I haven't had any problems with RYR and the feedback I've had from captains/FO's/TRI's is all very positive. I have several friends in the commpany and they are all enjoying it. The TRI's I've met on TR course have been with the company 5+ years and are enjoying it with good money. The training we've had has been superb and contrary to what people might think, they are VERY big on safety. So far they get a thumbs up from me but, as ever, I'm prepared to be proved wrong but won't be surprised if it's all good.
