I am sure they will be happier flying the Bravo or the Hawker 400 without APU 3 to 4 legs a day as CPT for 5400 month net without pension with a pay raise every year equal to OCDE inflation meaning your income will not progress but is even not garantee...
this is not about Netjets / Easy competition... we talk about salary and benefits in that competition on long term or short term, today Netjets is behind , knowing that everyone can found a shoe who will fit his foot
