On the controller front there are big problems ahead, just recently 2 controllers have left with a 3rd on his way and more could follow. The aiport is never going to attract controllers when their top controllers are struggling to make £55000 yet Inverness were advertising for controllers to start on £62000. Then you have the problem of the managment offering ATC jobs at higher than the existing controllers, no wonder the ATC staff are pissed off. If this is Peels idea of going about moving the rada operations to LPL then their mad. The controllers at LPL are not use to the type of operations that happen at MME.
