If you really want to do something about nuageblanc, then add him to your ignore list, hist posts then don't appear when viewing the threads and it makes for more adult conversation.
Don't engage him, he is a little boy in a mans' world and he just gets a rise out of winding people up with his arogance and ignorance.
Rest assured when he has spent a reasonable amount of time in the industry his pro-management and anti union views will fade, of course he will at this juncture assume that his many minutes allready spent in the industry is indeed reasonable time, another indicator of how little he knows and how much he has to learn, trouble is he thinks he allready knows it all.
