Had an email from NATS HR this afternoon and I failed on the damn personality questionnaire
. I know they say they don't give feedback but there must be some sort of an indication of where I tripped up surely? They say to be 100% honest in your answers but there must be something else to it. If not then presumably I'd fail the personality questionnaire every time I took it.
May give HR a call tomorrow to see if I can gather any information. I'd rather be told that I didn't get through the aptitude tests since at least then you have a rough idea of where to brush up, but I'm completely lost as to what I should do about this questionnaire

Let's hope I can reapply in 12 months and be more successful then.
