I thought I'd come on here and ask really quite a stupid question, just to see if anyone bites. Can anyone point me in the direction of any suitable websites / books to give me an idea on RAF Aptitude testing / standards. Obviously I have a rough idea from my own research but I am hoping to get peoples views that fly already or have recently sat the tests.
Call me old-fashioned (I took aptitude tests twice, passed twice, about 30 years ago) but if all else fails, read the $%&*ing manual. The standard, since you ask, is quite high. One of the attributes sought is the ability to use your own brain. The search facility is quite good, and reveals this helpful page.
