brown nosing comes in! You are contradicting yourself a little bit here Norman, it really depends on the BC before you get even put on a 'seniority list.' You p!ss him off or if you can't really get along because he's a power tripper, then you can say "adios" to having a shot at proving yourself in the sim.
Please Norman, you were a DEC, so apart from the assessments you might do as a TC or TRE or the 'official' bits and pieces you read in the NTC's, you know very little about how a "seniority system" for commands in easyJet works from an FO's perspective. On paper it's fair, in practice it really depends on the base/base captain.
