Yes. . .. .How do you calculate the risks of attacking a cave in Afghanistan where the enemy has been digging for the last 20 years when you are worried that one of your 'colleagues-in-arms' might sue you for a decision that didn't quite work out as you expected? . .. .An exaggeration? Most definitely...but the seeds of doubt are there. . .. .Anyway, why didn't she just take her high heels off and step on it across the Parade Square in her tights/stockings?
