there was no group out that that wanted to buy the hole thing from top to bottom as an ongoing concern. The american mob was just a rumour they told me.
there are a total of 4 companies for sale.
they are now concentrating on selling just the assets.
The shell of the company may be sold with an AOC after everything else has been sold but then.... will CASA allow it to continue..
the AOC cant be transfered so if you are to sell it you have to sell the company also. The AOC is only worth what someone is going to pay for it. If you ask me it is a liability because with CASA threatening to take it off you all the time .... you could lose it in a flash.
i tell ya if i knew what they were after for the on going oncern i'd consider putting in an offer
