Stuart - I don't think DSA is in terminal
decline yet. It's still carrying a lot of passengers. It has suffered as some routes have been tried and failed (as happens with most airports), but particularly with Thompsonfly's decision to cut out city routes and revert towards the charter market.
Sure, it was over-hyped, but I can't see it becoming a business park yet - mostly because there are a lot better sites available in the borough nearer to a motorway.
I hope EMA Parkway is a success though.
