Yes it was a 767-300 with premium seating.
I'm not sure what went wrong with the a/c getting to BOH as their three 767's landed back on time-ish today from Punta Cana,Cancun and Montego Bay. It was the PUJ-LGW due to go on to BOH.
The a/c will do the same for their flight. 10/01/08 PUJ-LGW then on the 11th= LGW-(empty ferry sector)BOH-BGI so I suggest to your friend they look at the arrivals and departures the day before to make sure the Thomson Punta Cana takes off on time, this will give them a clearer indication as to whether their flight will take off on time
its TOM 6511- Outbound 10/01/08 LGW-PUJ
TOM 6512- Inbound 10/01/08 PUJ-LGW landing 11/01/08 0620
This isn't always a guarantee and on the day they could say use the Birmingham a/c and delay say the East Midlands passengers depending on a number of reasons, but using this should give them the best clue on any delays.
