Hold on a minute, a permanent contract 15 days on 15 days off (isn't that almost part time work !!) at 18k with Flight Pay.
So funny... Actually in any kind of jobs, I don't know many for work full time (28 days to 31 days a month, 12 months of the year).

For a full time VIP ops, 18ks is on the low side. Unlike in most airlines, VIP CCs are true company representatives and will spend more time than anyone else looking after the customer.
Clients get to really appreciate their services, often request particular ones they trust and surely, enjoy continuity. Definitely a crew member you should look after...
