So funny... Actually in any kind of jobs, I don't know many for work full time (28 days to 31 days a month, 12 months of the year).
Seriously though, do you really mean that ?
For a full time VIP ops, 18ks is on the low side. Unlike in most airlines, VIP CCs are true company representatives and will spend more time than anyone else looking after the customer.
Clients get to really appreciate their services, often request particular ones they trust and surely, enjoy continuity. Definitely a crew member you should look after...
