First of all....I'm in the company since 2005. For me NetJets is paying 50% on top of my contribution. 1000 E + 50% is 1500 E. And in the country where I live, I will not have to pay taxes on this amount since I already payed it in Portugal (according to my financial advisor).
And I'm very happy with the new contract
and the new 6/5 working scheme.
The grass is always greener on the other side....
