The point is if there are frozen deposits on the upper surface of the wings then it does not matter what prep you have done, it's history. Gone. Over. Expired. If you have frozen deposits on the upper surfaces your theoretical holdover time is an irrelevance. The correct course of action is to get deiced again, not to risk it and hope it will blow off.
I don't know if you fly but if you do you really should revisit your cold weather notes because you seem to be confused about how de/anti-icing works.
