there is no pension scheme right now ...they should be one which have been annonced 1 year ago but still not there ! THE one they talk about is pretty poor, with Netjets matching 1/3 only of your input and that 1/3 cannot be more than 16000/year!!!! of course that pension scheme is taken from your net income ....make you calculation
