Its been nearly 40 years since the Anchorage earthquake, I believe they've almost finished repairing McDonalds.
But seriously folks - KAL still approaching Alaska 4 hours after US airspace shut down, can't believe that even on that route that there is no non-US diversion within 8 hours (OK, it eventually went to Canada, but there must have been closer places)
