CAA enforcement?? He screwed up a take off and nearly crashed, but what exactly is there to enforce?? Bear in mind that I have often called for heads to roll over flying indiscipline, the second bit was hardly a wazzing flyby was it?? I would guess (only my humble opinion) that he will never ever ever misjudge a take off like that again, be it hyds or weather. At Fairford Air Show a few years ago, I lifted a Puma out of the main park, surrounded by other aircraft. A towering take off with me misidentifying the gale force wind by 180deg. Guess what?? A result not unlike this video nasty
