If it's medical I personally would ring the medical lot upstairs and if it's a question about medical eligibility I doubt you'll get an answer over the phone unless it's really simple (e.g. you suffer from a permanent summer cold and fancy your chances as a pilot). By the fact you don't want to disclose yours already sounds quite complicated and you'll probably find that the poor people in candidate processing won't be able to help you either and I highly doubt Gp Capt OASC or the President of the Med Board will have the time to chat to you over the phone.
Why don't you hint at us what your issue is? It's not like we know who you are
Ring the number that came with your med forms. Not candidate processing. I've rung the med centre but that was because I had to change Docs post-leaving uni and needed to know whether they wanted the new Docs name. They answered the phone after around 4 rings
