From your first question I suspect you are not clear in your mind the roles of the different aircrew. WSOp and Pilot are chalk and cheese. One is an SNCO the other an officer.
Don't worry I know the difference. I'm just trying to find the difference between these two particular jobs in terms of leadership. Many people have said to me that the two roles don't have much of a role as a "leader", and that they are more team players. I was just wondering if anyone agrees/disagrees?
