Phil has plenty of integrity and speaks a lot of sense.
If Unique are a totally different outfit from the intial setup AND it is all kosher, then there is no problem flying for them, apart from the usual caveats about new operators.
If they are willing to pay you and give you a type rating, then what's the problem.
However, if they are anything like what has been posted here, then run screaming for the hills. Mind you, I haven't known many Leopards to change their spots in this business.
Be careful, but if it is your first job, then why not?
