Great, you ask a question only to be accused by a complete stranger that you are trying to get a personal vendetta going against somebody!
Note however that he is not to concerned by the overwhelmingly large number of negative reports about this operator. Instead he seems to want to shield him. A bit of Stockholm Syndrome maybe?
