Well, first you need to have the right to work and live in Germany/EU,
then you need a JAR FCL ATPL and with all this you apply to Lufthansa on their website
www.lufthansa-pilot.de everything is goinig via their Career centre, also LH Cargo.
By the way, you need to be fluent in german.
