It is called a R-A-D-I-O, that is how they operate, on a frequency, anyone on that frequency can hear the transmission, are they meant to call you on a special Sabian enctyped secure channel?
You can confirm with ATC that it is illegal to hold an aircraft back from a flight unless the sheriff has handed the ATSU the attachment order. This apparently did not happen in this case. (I confirmed with with an area controller)
This is my last post, as I am ashamed to be classed as a "professinal pilot" and be associated with the people on this forum. I have not taken sides in this argument but have noticed that anyone not conforming to the "BAD MOUTH" clan, get slated.
